Garlic butter: serve frog legs, shrimp and snails topped with butter and kneaded with finely chopped garlic, shallots and parsley.
Garlic bread: slice a baguette without completely detaching the slices. Insert between the slices of butter with garlic. Put the baguette in foil, then in the oven over medium heat and bake for 20 or 30 minutes.
